Frequently Asked Questions

AirPlay speaker setup shows "unexpected error".

If the white light is pulsing, the mirror did not connect to the network. Try unplugging and replugging the mirror, or close and reopen the app and add the mirror again. You should see the “Connected” screen, then “Setup Alexa”. If there is no pulsing white light, the mirror should still be connected to WiFi. Close and reopen the app to confirm.

Blue light in front of mirror is blinking.

A software update is in progress. When the blinking stops, the mirror will reboot and become functional.

Dynamic proximity audio not working.

This feature works only if the speaker volume is 60% or higher. When the mirror is triggered, the audio lowers. After the light turns off, volume returns to the original level.

Mirror is connected to WiFi network A, but I want to connect to WiFi network B.

Factory reset the mirror: Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the back for about 15-20 seconds until the blue front light turns on and the light ring flashes twice. Remove the mirror from the app. When the white light begins pulsing, begin WiFi setup.

Mirror "offline" popup is showing.

Check WiFi connection on your device. Ensure the mirror is powered on and connected to the correct WiFi network.

Night light is not turning on.

The night light only activates in dim surroundings. In bright environments, it will remain off. Triggering the mirror will activate normal lighting instead.

Night shift doesn't turn on right away.

Night shift activates on the next mirror sensor trigger during the scheduled time. If the light is already on when the schedule begins, it will shift to candlelight color after the next activation.

Light in front is red.

Red light indicates the microphone is muted. Use the switch on the back of the mirror to unmute.

  1. Close and reopen the app, then try adding the mirror to a new WiFi network.
  2. Unplug and replug the mirror — the white light should begin pulsing.
  3. Factory reset: Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the back of the mirror for 15-20 seconds until the blue front light turns on and the mirror light ring flashes twice. Remove the mirror from the app. Once the white light is pulsing, proceed with WiFi setup.
