Cancellation policy

Subscriptions Subscription orders automatically renew at your selected frequency (e.g., every 1, 2, or 3 months). You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your account portal before your next scheduled order date. Cancellations made after an order has been processed will not be refunded for that billing cycle, but future renewals will be stopped.

Pre-Orders Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase and will ship once the item becomes available. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships by contacting us at [support email/link]. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Installment Plans If installment payment options are available at checkout, the full purchase amount is committed at the time of order. Individual installments cannot be canceled once initiated. Please review installment terms presented at checkout before completing your purchase.
