Refund policy

Simplehuman products are built to last. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Defective or damaged items may be eligible for replacement or refund outside this window under our product warranty. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed upon receiving the returned item, and are processed by your financial institution typically within 3-5 business days.
