This model doesn't have dimming mode functionality. To manually change the brightness setting, press the on/off button repeatedly to change amongst three brightness settings.

Make sure the USB charger and USB charging cable are working. Test them using a mobile phone or a rechargeable product. A full charge will take 4 to 8 hours depending on mirror model and USB charger rating. If the mirror is charging, there should be green blinking light indication in the light ring. If the mirror is fully charged, there should be a green solid light indication in the light ring. If the battery level is too low, you may not see any recharge light indication for up to 10 minutes.

1. Make sure the mirror is in ON mode:
1. Turn on the mirror by pressing the on/off power button for 1-2 seconds.
2. You should see the light turn on immediately. If it does not, press and hold the on/off power button again.
3. If you see a red light instead or no light at all, you need to recharge the mirror.
2. Recharge the mirror:
1. Recharge the mirror for at least 30 minutes and try again.
2. If the mirror is charging, there should be green blinking light indication in the light ring.
3. If the mirror is fully charged, there should be a green solid light indication in the light ring.
4. If the battery level is too low, you may not see any recharge light indication for up to 10 minutes.
5. If you store your mirror in an accessory case, the mirror light will turn on automatically when you remove your mirror from the snap case / zip case / smart cover ONLY if your mirror is in ON mode. Please follow step 1 to make sure mirror is in ON mode.

To manually turn off the light, press the on/off button and hold for 1 - 2 seconds until the mirror light turns off. Otherwise, mirror light will turn off automatically after 5 minutes or when the mirror is stored into its snap case / zip case / smart cover.
