Returns are on us! We understand (however unlikely) that sometimes a product might not be what you expected, that's why all returns to simplehuman ship free via FedEx. This allows both you and us to easily track your returned item(s).
However, please remember, unused items must be returned to us within 45 days from the original date of purchase. Once we've received your item at simplehuman, we will process the refund for the product received (not including shipping and handling) using your original payment method. In order to receive a full refund for products sold in a bundle, the entire bundle must be returned at the same time – no partial refunds will be issued. All monogrammed and personalized products are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you would like to exchange an item, return the unused purchased product to us. In the meantime, you can immediately place another order for the item you want, or you can wait until we receive the returned item at simplehuman and credit your account.
Once we receive your returned package at simplehuman, we will send you a confirmation email. At that point, a refund will be issued to you for the amount paid for your item(s) using your original payment method. This may take up to 3 business days to show in your account.
