Troubleshooting
The pump includes a maximum fill line inside the reservoir, which indicates the proper water level. If the dispenser has been overfilled, please clean any excess soap or foam from the top of the unit, then activate the dispenser several times until the liquid level drops to or below the marked max fill line.
1. Non-Foaming Soap Used: Please ensure that customer is using a soap specifically formulated for foaming dispensers. Standard liquid soaps may not produce foam even when diluted.
2. Check Power Level: If customer is using foaming soap and still seeing liquid dispense, the unit may need to be charged. A low battery can affect pump pressure or motor speed, which may impact the dispenser’s ability to generate foam properly.
Sensor Obstruction or Interference: The sensor may be blocked or positioned too close to a nearby object, affecting its performance.
1. Gently clean the sensor using a microfiber cloth and a small amount of rubbing alcohol to remove any residue or smudges.
2. With the pump powered on, completely cover the sensor window with a finger.
3. While keeping the sensor covered, toggle the power switch off → on → off → on within 2 seconds. This will activate continuous dispense mode.
4. To stop the flow, simply remove your hand from the sensor window.
If the issue persists fill the reservoir with warm water and repeat the steps above. This can help flush out any buildup inside the pump mechanism.
If there is no white pulsing light, check the following: 1. The outlet is functional.
2. The power block used matches the rating of the 360 Charging Adapter.
3. The power block can charge a different device such as a smartphone.
To reset/activate continuous dispense mode:
1. Plug the charger into both a wall outlet and the sensor pump.
2. With the pump powered on, completely cover the sensor window with a finger.
3. While keeping the sensor covered, toggle the power switch off → on → off → on within 2 seconds. This will activate continuous dispense mode.
4. To stop the flow, simply remove your hand from the sensor window.
If the dispenser remains clogged:
Fill the reservoir with warm water and repeat the steps above. This can help flush out any buildup inside the pump mechanism.
