Shipping is free on all domestic orders in the 48 contiguous United States. In Alaska, Hawaii or the U.S. Territories, shipping is $24.99 for orders less than $39. For orders over $39, shipping is $54.99. However, if a product is under warranty and you are claiming parts, there is no charge.
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Sales tax is charged when shipping to California, Washington, and New Jersey.
Most orders ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) with FedEx Ground, so your item should arrive within 3 business days. The majority of orders shipped to California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Idaho, Arizona, and Northeastern States will be shipped using FedEx, and should arrive in 1-2 business days.
If you would like to expedite your order at an additional cost, please choose that option during checkout. Expedited orders ship within 1 business day.
Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii takes about 5 to 7 working days. To U.S. Territories, it takes approximately 7 to 10 days, shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS.
APO/FPO orders ship via USPS, but you should allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
Please note: A signature may be required by your carrier upon delivery. Also, at this time, we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
Internationally, if you are ordering within Canada, the United Kingdom, or the rest of Europe please visit simplehuman.com and click on the globe icon located in the bottom right corner. Then you can select the appropriate country flag. All other orders outside the United States are currently unavailable.
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes the tracking number and shipment method of your order (FedEx Ground or USPS). At that point, you can check your order status at any time by signing into my account.

Once you place an order, our efficient team packs and ships your item(s) as quickly as possible. Because of this, orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified. However, if you do not love the product when it arrives at your door, just follow our return policy and send the product back to us free of charge.
