Troubleshooting
1. Confirm that the unit is charged and turned on.
2. Attempt to spray by squeezing the trigger area. You should hear the motor running.
3. Clean the nozzle face: Gently wipe the nozzle area with a damp cloth to remove any residue.
4. Rinse the reservoir: Fill the reservoir with warm water and rinse it out 2-3 times.
5. Spray with warm water: Refill the reservoir with warm water and attempt to spray while toggling the nozzle switch between each setting 10 times.
6. If unit is still clogged soak the filter by pouring 50ml of white vinegar into the reservoir for 10 minutes. After soaking, rinse the reservoir with water, squeeze the trigger and hold for 2 seconds, repeating 10 times. Again, toggle the nozzle switch through all settings 10 times while attempting to spray.
The unit does not spray when connected to the charger.
1. Make sure that the unit is powered on (green) from the off position (red). To turn it on, flip the switch located on the base.
2. Check if the battery is charged.
3. Confirm there's water and a dissolved tablet in the reservoir.
4. Make sure the nozzle isn't blocked.
1. Verify spray mode setting (Mist, Cone, Jet).
2. Check if tablet is fully dissolved.
3. Clean reservoir 2-3 times with warm water, in addition to cleaning of the nozzle.
1. Ensure you're pressing the correct sensor area.
2. Recharge the battery if the red LED is on.
3. Power cycle the device by turning it off and on again.
This indicates low battery. Plug in the charger using the incluced USB cable until fully charged. To ensure a full charge, wait for at least 3 hours before using.
1. Turn the switch off. You'll see red within the switch when it's in the OFF position.
2. Wait for 5 seconds.
3. Turn the switch back on without pressing the trigger area. A white LED should light up on the bottom rear of the unit.
4. Place the sprayer on a flat surface and let it sit still for 10 seconds.
5. Try spraying by squeezng the trigger area.
6. Check the LED indicator.
If you see an orange LED when trying to spray, the unit has low battery.
1. To charge the unit: Connect it to the charger and look for a white LED blinking 3 times right after plugging in — this confirms it's charging.
2. Let the unit charge for 3 hours.
1. Ensure the unit is charged and turned on. Follow the instructions under the "Device won't turn on" section to confirm the unit is powered.
2. Clean the nozzle face by gently wiping the nozzle with a damp cloth to remove any surface residue.
3. Check for dripping by squeezing the trigger area to spray and observe if the nozzle continues to drip afterward.
4. Rinse the reservoir by filling and rinsing the reservoir with warm water 2-3 times.
5. Test the spray with warm water. Refill the reservour with warm water. Attempt to spray while toggling the nozzle switch between each setting 10 times.
6. If dripping continues, fill the reservour with warm water and few drops of dish soap. Let the filter soak for 10 minutes.
7. After soaking, spray by squeezing the trigger for 2 seconds, repeating 10 times. Continue testing while toggling the nozzle switch between each setting 10 times.
