There are a few conditions though. In order to receive the product for the lower price, it must be brand new and the same style, size, and color as the item on simplehuman.com. Also, the item from the competing retailer must currently be in stock, available, and ready to ship. We also will only match the list price—not the price including a coupon or instant rebate, or if there's been a typographical pricing error. And, unfortunately, it cannot be a clearance, closeout, damaged, display or open-box item, or a special offer or bundled purchase. A couple more things, we do not honor price matching for auction sites (e.g., ebay.com or craigslist.org), membership sites (e.g., Costco.com), or stores outside the United States, and applicable taxes and shipping charges will be included when calculating a price difference as well.
