What might be wrong
A. Cable or power source may be damaged.
B. Charging puck may not be attached properly
You can try
A. Inspect cable for any abnormalities. If seen, discontinue use and contact support.
B. Ensure the head of the charging puck is properly attached to the charging dock. The cord should be facing away from the dispensing valve. Try a working USB power adapter rated at 5 V and 1 A.
