    • Light is not turning off.

      First, try and clean the sensor (dark-tinted window on the light ring) with rubbing alcohol and a microfiber cloth and make sure there is nothing within 6-8 inches of the sensor.

      Let's try and reset your unit:
      1. Press and hold the power button on the bottom of the unit for 10 seconds.
      2. Wipe the sensor (dark-tinted window on the light ring) using rubbing alcohol and a microfiber cloth.
      3. Press the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn the unit on. You should see a green light flash indicating that the mirror has been turned on.
    • Light is not turning on.

      You may need to reset your unit.

      First, make sure the mirror has been charged for at least 4-7 hours. If the battery charge was totally depleted, it will take about 10 minutes of charging to have enough power for the green pulsing light to come on. A green blinking light will confirm the unit is charging. The green light will turn solid green once fully charged.

      Also make sure mirror isn’t tilted at an angle that is out of the sensor range. You must be within 6-8 inches in front of the sensor (dark-tinted window on the light ring).

      Let's try and reset your unit:
      1. Press and hold the power button on the bottom of the unit for 10 seconds.
      2. Wipe the sensor using rubbing alcohol and a microfiber cloth.
      3. Press the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn the unit on. You should see a green light flash indicating that the mirror has been turned on. 
    • Mirror light is dimming and turning off during use.

      The sensor range needs to be recalibrated.

      First, make sure the mirror isn’t tilted at an angle that is out of the sensor range. You must be within 6-8 inches in front of the sensor (dark-tinted window on the light ring). After a short period of inactivity, light will dim and turn off automatically.

      To recalibrate your mirror:
      1. Remove the charger from your mirror.
      2. Press and hold the power button on the bottom of the unit for 10 seconds, then release.
      3. Wipe the sensor using rubbing alcohol and a microfiber cloth.
      4. Make sure nothing is placed in front of the mirror with a minimum 5 feet of clearance.
      5. Press and hold the power button again for 10 seconds, then release.
      6. Allow the mirror to sit for 1 minute while it finishes the reset.
    • Mirror is not charging / not holding a charge.

      2. Leave it off for 20 seconds.
      3. Press the power button again to turn the unit on. You should see a green light flash indicating that the mirror has been turned on. 
    • Sensor mirror shows low battery indicator right after fully charging the mirror.

      Let’s try and reset your unit:
      1. Plug in the charger to the sensor mirror and wait for about 10 seconds without triggering the sensor. Make sure you see a solid green LED.
      2. Unplug the charger.
      3. Mirror should not have low battery indication and is fully charged.
