We own an amazing stainless steel trashcan...it's hands-free with a double door lid on it. It is a great shaped can for our kitchen and we truly love this trashcan. It was also an expensive trashcan costing us at least $70, so when the plastic parts that holds the double doors broke, we were MORE than devestated. Now when we stepped on the foot pedal only one side of the door would half-way open, so much for hands-free. I really thought we were going to have to go back to the white plastic trashcan days...but since we knew this was a Superhuman trashcan, my husband sent the company an email describing the problem and within 24 hours we had a note back stating a replacement lid would be delivererd within 7-10 days!!! Overjoyed, is an understatement! We are not just overjoyed because we will keep our beloved hands free trashcan but overjoyed to find another company that will stand behind their product. Receiving the part free of charge was just icing on the cake, we would have paid! Thank you Superhuman for being one of those companies and Congratulations for making it to MY list of "will ALWAYS buy from, as well as recommend" Well Done!

I purchased a soft touch trash can several years ago & the springs on the lid broke. I contacted simplehuman re: purchasing a replacement lid & to my surprise they are providing me w/ a replacement lid free!!! I really appreciate their commitment to quality regardless of the length of time you have owned the product. Thank You!

I have had one of your garbage cans for two years and the pedal broke. I looked online, found the email address and had a response the same day. The part was sent out the next day. The part and instructions were in the package and were very easy to read and understand. I am very impressed with every aspect of your company keep up the good work.

Wow! I would rate my customer service experience as outstanding. I notified the company, they replied within 48 hours as promised and have sent me postage to return the item which will either be repaired or replaced. Unbelievable. I am now going to look to see what other products are available.

Wow, the customer service I have recently received from simplehuman is simply amazing. I needed a small part for the product I recently purchased. I got a very quick response asking for some clarification about what I need and today I got email saying that the part is in the mail free of charge. Quick, courteous, no questions asked, and exactly what I had hoped for! A pleasure working with this company :)
