We will gladly make an exchange, credit or refund on any item purchased directly from simplehuman.com for a period of 60 days from the original date of purchase. We are only able to accept returns and exchanges on items purchased directly from our online store and not from any of our associated retailers.

NOTE: If you received an item that was damaged in shipping, please contact our Customer Service Center at 1-888-988-8880. simplehuman will have the damaged item picked up and replaced at no cost to you.

how to return an item:

Select one of the return options below. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when we receive your return. Credits, refunds and exchanges will be issued for the full value of your original order upon receipt.

Fill out the return form included on your packing slip. Use the preprinted return label to ship the items back to our Returns Center. Make sure your package has sufficient postage and is sent via a trackable shipper.
