how to return an item:

Fill out the return form included on your packing slip. Use the preprinted return label to ship the items back to our Returns Center. Make sure your package has sufficient postage and is sent via a trackable shipper.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation when we receive your return. Refunds will be issued for the full value of your original order upon receipt.
