All simplehuman products are backed by the added security of our limited warranty. We warrant that your simplehuman product will be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal home use for the duration of the warranty period. Should it become necessary, simplehuman will replace the item.

If you are looking for a replacement part or are having problems with your simplehuman product, please fill out the troubleshooting form and a customer service representative will get back to you promptly.

• A copy of your dated proof of purchase is required prior to any and all claims under these warranties. To provide better service we would appreciate that you complete the on-line product registration form.
• Please note that as part of your warranty claim, you will need you to return any defective product to us. Even if it seems beyond repair, please do not throw the product away.
• If you are returning a product for exchange or refund, please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs. We strongly recommend you use a traceable package carrier—such as UPS or FedEx—and that you keep the tracking information on file in case there is a shipping problem.
• Your simplehuman product has been manufactured to strict specifications and has been designed for use with simplehuman authorized accessories and replacement parts. These warranties expressly exclude any defects or damages caused by accessories, replacement parts or repair service other than those authorized by simplehuman.
• Warranty is available on consumer retail purchase only. Specially discounted and/or discontinued merchandise is not covered under this program. This warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners.
• Warranty excludes all incidental or consequential damages that result from user mishandling, or use of a simplehuman product in other than its intended, household capacity.
