What are the warranty terms for my simplehuman product?

Your simplehuman product is warranted against original defects in material or workmanship under normal home use for the duration of the warranty period. I purchased a simplehuman studio product — is it protected by a warranty?
simplehuman studio products are backed by a limited 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Please e-mail Customer Support if you have a question about your simplehuman studio product.
How do I register my simplehuman product?
To register, fill out the product registration form. Be sure to keep a copy of your proof of purchase, such as a store receipt, to verify the date you purchased the item. You may be asked for a copy of your proof of purchase should you require warranty service for your simplehuman product.
How do I register my product if I received it as a gift?
You can register your product online by filling out the product registration form. If you do not have proof of purchase because your product was a gift, please e-mail simplehuman Customer Support or call us at 1-888-988-8880.
