Sink caddy
It looks nice & is built well, but it wouldn't stay put. Kept falling in sink. Finally gave up.
note from simplehuman
Thanks for your feedback. The suction cups should be enough to stick to a clean, dry surface for a long period of time. The sink caddy carries a 5 year warranty and our customer service team would be happy to help troubleshoot. Please submit this issue via the customer service section of our website and we will resolve the issue in a timely manner. We apologize for the inconvenience.

sponge/brush caddy
This product is well made and met my needs. I use both a brush and sponge that are perfectly stored in this caddy. My only complaint is the stainless steel is hard to keep clean. I have to wipe it down multiple times a day to keep it from getting water spots that in my opinion ruins the look of the product.

Great product but suction was an issue
LOVE the product, but the suction cups were a problem. The product looks great in the sink, keeps my items beautifully corralled and quite handy, but it would not stay stuck to the sink. I contacted customer service, which was very responsive, but told me there was nothing they could do about the suction cups. I bought suction cup hooks at Wal-Mart, removed the suction cups, and used them to replace the ones on the Simple Human unit I bought and bingo - they worked!

Doesn't stick to sink!
Very sturdy and looks great, but falls off every day! Something needs to be done to improve the suction cups. I bought three of these units. My sister has the same problem with hers not sticking to her sink. On the other hand, the one I purchased for my parents works. Still, one out of three is not a great ratio. Wrote for customer support and they were not helpful. Mine mostly sits in the sink instead.

Thanks for letting us know. We take a lot of pride in our customer service, so not sure what happened here. Someone from our customer service team will contact you shortly to follow up...if you don’t mind we may ask you to perform a small test with the suction cup so we can see if the problems you are experiencing are a result of the finish on the sink or an issue with the suction cups.

Kitchen sink essential
This is a good product for keeping the washing up stuff off my kitchen counter, which is essential in an open plan living space. It hides the sponges and dishcloth away neatly. My only criticism is that it's a pity it doesn't have a big enough slot to hold the washing up liquid bottle as well, so my seamless open plan living space is slightly marred by a bright yellow fairy liquid bottle on the counter.
