This is a very well designed dishrack. The utensil holder is large enough to be useful after a dinner party and I love how stemware can hang off the sides. It seems very well made.

Saw this dish rack at a friends house and thought it would be perfect, but we use totally different types of dishes! It is great if you use large dinner plates,drink from stemware, and small teacups & saucers.

Overall, this is the best drain tray I've ever owned. Granted, I'm a college student so I haven't owned that many, but it saves space and makes washing, drying and putting away the dished so much easier. I'm very pleased and will look to simplehuman again for future houseware needs.

Pros:
- two layers means more space than most other dishracks I've researched
- sleek, modern design
- good size, fits comfortably on standard countertop
- large utensil holder attached saves counter space and holds a lot

Cons:
- Seems like a lot of space is wasted on the top compartment due to the U design, which is meant to hold the plates in place. Cannot use the side spaces for anything.
- bottom compartment too tight to fit most pans or pots
- no place to dry tall cups
