This trash/recycle can is attractive,has quiet operation, and is a useful size. I love it and get many compliments on it. Also, the customer service reps are helpful should you have any problems.

I purchased this profuct to solve the problem of multiple trash bins that took up alot of space in my kitchen. I was excited about the space saving design and the sleek look. But within a week, one of the poorly made plastic covers broke off! And within three months, the other lid broke off! This all happened under normal usage. I am extremely disappointed with the poor quality of this expensive product. Save your money. It's not worth it.

Only criticism is that the insert tubs should have reverse tabs so that it is easier to grab them to lift them out of the metal shell.
The tubs are tight together and it is tough to get them out with no place to really put your fingers to grab the tub.

This trash can is very aesthetically pleasing and is perfectly sized for my small apartment, though it has an enormous capacity. Having both trash and recycling in one place is very convenient, and my puppy cannot get into the trash, which is a big plus. I have had my trash can for about six months now and I still get excited every time I use it!

One of the lids has already cracked at the hinge. The lid will no longer stay on. (Have had the can for approximately 6 mos.)
