A Slam Dunk
Anyone finding fault with this - like it can't withstand the charge of a 140 pound Rottweiler - is not being realistic. For the price my black model is a very high functioning, durable, handsome and highly efficient addition to the kitchen. You claim problems with it being less stable from being knocked over, than a metal can costing twice as much? Then use some ingenuity - I back my container up against a couple of bricks and a two by four and it doesn't move an inch when i hit the pedal. the shape of the can also gets the most out of a 13 gal kitchen bag. the width of the container makes scraping larger dishes and pans into it very easy. the metal accents are really handsome and make cleaning those surfaces easier. first time i ever got excited about a kitchen garbage can. i give less than 5 stars to the deodorizer pad, reviewed elsewhere, because the cardboard sleeve becomes degraded and messy to handle.
