This was the perfect trash can to keep our new puppy from the trash in our bathrooms. He never figured out how to use the little lip to open it.
Used with the "B" liners it looks great and seals well.

We used it for 3+ weeks as a temporary used disposable diaper barrel when our 6mo. old grand-daughter was visiting and were amazed at how well this can held the odors in.

I have no doubt that our next trash can will be from simplehuman.

This can is easily tucked in a corner, the perfect small size for a powder room. It stays tightly closed. The liners fit tidily.

This mini plastic trash can is well built and very functional. I bought this because I have three cats that at times are interested in the trash, so a covered can is needed in this house. Unfortunately one of the cats can still get into this can by pushing it and then reaching in very fast. This may be the precision of the cat more than a problem with the trash can!

I have an older model of this same trash can that I purchased several years ago and have been satisfied with. The liner on the can I purchased a few months ago split from top to bottom after normal use. It appears to be of a thinner plastic than the older model. I like the size for bathroom use and like the fact that the liner/bucket comes out for easy emptying. I would just like to see Simplehuman return to making a better quality product. I am also not crazy about the silvertone step pad. My old one is solid white and looks more sophisticated.
