We are enjoying the convenience of the Simple Humam soap pump. We have owned them in the past which convinced us to buy 2 new ones to replace the old ones that no longer worked.

I like the product. This is the second on I bought. The first one I bought on sale. It lasted about 6 months. The nozzle broke and the filler cover broke. I wasn't aware of your warranty policy. The one I bought now I will contact you if something like that happens. I hope this one lasts longer.

I love the pump. I bought twp and use one on the kitchen sink and the other in the bathroom. I had to relocate it on the bathroom sink to find the right area so that it would not activate accidentally when turning on the water. I finally found the opitmum location and problem solved. Aside from its good looks, it saves money because soap is not wasted. I plan to purchase another one...smaller for the powder room.

Sharp looking, innovative and simple to use. I think that every household invest in this product. Especially, in the kitchen; after touching raw food, you don't want to touch anything else until you have thoroughly washed your hands! This little kitchen helper certainly does the job of keeping everything clean.

I was very impressed when I first got this unit because it actually sensed my hand and dispensed product; unlike so many of these devices. But then I discovered it will double dispense upon sensing the motion of my hand moving away. A bit of simple human engineering would have built a 2-5 second delay interval between dispense cycles! If not for this, I would have given 5 stars.

We like this product so much we bought three. However one was starting to Deliver the soap very slowly so I changed the batteries and now it does not work at all??? I see that a few others have had the same issues. Please respond with solution. They are less than two years old. J

I love the way you can adjust how much soap is dispensed! I have tried several manual pumps with a nickel finish, all have either started rusting right away or just quit working. I saw this product in Consumer Reports, and based on their review gave this one a try. So far no rust spots, and it's working wonderfully. I'm glad I purchased it!

We use our regularly and are very pleased with the product. It stopped working this week, so I replaced the batteries. Now, it is "on" but will not dispense and a red light is on on the top of the dispenser. What do I need to do? Joe Greco

it was working as expected for over 6-8months. it stopped working recently. I thought it was time to replace batteries. I did replace batteries but sensor is not working. interestingly it dispenses soap when I press + button but nothing happens when I put my hands under it. i would appreciate insights from tech support on what to do/try

I bought a small unit to see if I would like the product. I planned to put them all over the house, but then after the sample soap ran out, I put in "Soft Soap" by Colegate-Palmolive. Now I have "no soap" even though there are no foliates in the soap. You just lost a purchase of 4 additonal units because your product does not work with other soaps.

The item works perfectly, matte finish is perfect as well-- its just a bit tall, that is my only complaint. We use it in our main floor bathroom, so it gets lots of use, and seems to be constructed well and so far not problems

I have three motion activated soap dispensers now. They all work great. I also believe they save on soap which saves money. They also save time for those interested in that aspect. Don't know why everyone doesn't get one!

I bought a cheaper product from the grocery store that was a waste of money. I love this product, and especially the fact that you can add any liquid soap to the dispenser. I did try your moisterizing hand soap and do like it as well. I also like that I can change the amount of soap dispensed.

Expected better for the money. Looks nice. Soap smells good. I've had it for a couple months now and can't get it to turn down how much soap it dispences. Also it is very sensitive and our vanity is small so we have to turn it off between each use to keep it from spraying every time we or our 3 year old turn the water on.

I like the way look. We use them daily. We have them in the kitchen and in the three bathrooms. Great product with no mess on the counters. Works great with there soaps and others soaps. I give out as gifts for friends and family. Everyone loves them.

I recently purchased two Simple Human Sensor Pumps for my home, one for my bathroom and one for my kitchen. Although it was a little pricey, I find them to be very good. They look nice, and easy to maintain. The best things I like is the fact that you can use your own hand soap (as long as it doesn't have the granules in it) which can be very cost-effective and also I like the fact that you can adjust how much soap you want to dispense. I would recommend this to others. In the longrun, I think I will save money instead of having to buy separate bottles of handsoap (and less to recycle or go in the landfills!)

We had the old model sensor soap pump and loved it. When it finally stopped working we decided to order a new one and the new model is totally inferior to the original model - I think it has something to do with the On/Off switch and stops functioning regularly. Extremely disappointed and aggravated - and too busy to go through the hassle of returning it at this point.

The new style is super, with the brushed look and the new volume controls compared to the older nodels which I have also. The sensor works much better in sunlight verses the older unit which sometimes got cranky if sunlight was too bright on unit. It compliments the canisters I bought from here also.

This is a great product. I wish it would come in a smaller size in brushed nickel. I would then be able to use in my bathrooms as this kitchen size is too big.

I like how you can control the volume of liquid that is ejected out when needed. You don't have to use just simplehuman liquid products in it either, as I have also used other manufacturers liquid products and they work just fine. My wife liked this product so much for the kitchen, they she had me order the smaller ones for both of our bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this to any one who wants hands off dispensing and ease of use.

Works much better than the knock off brands. You can adjust the soap amount that comes out as well so you don't waiste soap!

This dispenser worked great straight out of the box and is still doing so weeks later. Its a quality product I chose to replace a similar product from another manufacturer that was not performing well.

My kids hate it and went to the grocery store to get a Dawn dispenser. Not happy at all with this new model.It would not bother me so much but it was expensive!

I do not like touching a soap dispense or bar of soap after it has been used by others. So we bought your automatic soap dispenser.We use this product every day. It is easy to use and very convient. The see thru dispenser is better than the other white one I have because I know when it's time to refill it. We use the pumps several times a day in bathrooms and the kitchen.It also goes well with our faucets.

I wasn't sure I would like this soap dispenser. It seemed a bit precious, having an automatic soap dispenser. I have been using it in the kitchen, and I love it. It squirts the amount of soap I want (you can set the amount of soap dispensed simply) without having touch anything, quite handy when your hands are covered in raw chicken and you don't want to contaminate the rest of the kitchen. I am going to others for the bathrooms. I really like the soap that came with it, too. Highly recommended.

Love it-it looks great-it dispenses just the right amount of soap. It's not too sensitive on the touch free dispenser-you can clean underneath w/out setting it off. You can easily see when it needs refilled

If I had known how great this product was, I would have bought one years ago! Since buying the sensor soap dispenser and placing it in the bathroom, I have noticed that the family is actually washing their hands after using the facilities. I only bought one dispenser because I had seen so many other soap dispensers that didn't work properly. I am now going to buy additional dispensers.

I don't know how I lived without it! It looks great; is well made; and since you don't have to touch it, stays clean for a long time. No longer do I have to look at unsightly soap scum forming on the tip of regular liquid dispensers! The refill soap is also great on the hands and smells wonderful.

This soap dispenser looks nice sitting beside the sink. It matches the stainless steel look in my kitchen. It feels durable and well made. It is used several times a day for hand washing and dish washing/rinsing. The 4 AA batteries can be replaced without spilling any soap as the refilling cover fits well.

This soap dispenser, which is one of two I bought, is not working all that great in my kitchen. If I put a cup, plate, etc, under it, it will not dispense liquid. I have to put my finger under a certain spot and then it comes out. Of course, it works better in the bathroom, which I will give 5 stars!

I bought this dispenser because it is larger than the smaller one I bought. Also, with the spout being higher, I don't have to worry about accidentally activating it. But, when I use it for pans, I have to put my finger underneath it to make it come out. I only use dishwashers to let items sit and air dry overnight.

Before purchasing this product we used a manual pump liquid soap dispenser, which to be honest, worked fine. This unit offers all the same convenience of a manual pump with the added benefit of hands-free use and of course, it's much better looking than the standard plastic pump bottle. The unit looks great on the counter-top and even though I'm using simplehuman soap, according to the literature, the unit works with any soap of the same consistency. I purchased this pump along with neutral soap and moisturizing soap refills. I only wish I had had this when my kids were growing up. What's not to love? The pump is fantastic!! We are using this dispenser in an office situation. Germs get passed around very easily but this dispenser is activated by motion! It also lets you program how much soap is dispersed at each motion but then it is easily adjusted to each persons needs by pushing a button. It looks fantastic and it is easily refilled with your soap.

The Touchless hand soap despenser goes well with our Simple Human trash cans. We have one in each bathroom and one in the kitchen. We also brought one for each our childrens homes. We just love them, we find ourselves washing our hands more often which is a good thing.

This is one of the most amazing things I have ever purchased. I thought it would be fun, but I have found it is indispensable. I use it daily and very much enjoy the fact that I do not have to clean the grease and grime off of it that is typical of most soap dispensers. I actually dropped my first one and cracked the bottom so it would no longer hold soap and really missed it. Decided I had to have another and found that it had been improved so that if I dropped this one, the same crack would not occur. I have since purchased two for gifts and they both value theirs also. It took me a long time to find a battery operated soap pump I liked. The design is nice, the sensor is pretty accurate, and the fact that I can control the amount of soap that dispenses is just icing on the cake. We liked it so much that we purchased 6 more to put in the exam rooms at our office.

I thought all soap dispensers were the same but this one is well thought out. It works great and the soap lasts a long time. You can also control the amount of soap dispensed which is a nice feature. This model does not have the sensor issues of the previous model.

I made this purchase as a gift. The reason I bought it was that I Had purchased two units last year and was very pleased with them. So I gave one to my sister as a gift. The only problem is one must have counter space for unit. They work great and are easy to re-fill.

I love my 2 sensor pumps! I keep one in the kitchen and the other in the guest bathroom. I feel so much better about not spreading germs with the ability to just put my "dirty" hands under the pump to get soap rather than picking up a bar or pumping a pump. It dispenses just the right amount. It takes up very little space and looks very neat - not messy like a bar does after time. It is very durable and it works!!

It does everything that it says it will do. I saw it recommended in a magazine and bought one. Also after a couple of weeks of use ordered two more and gave one to our grown daughter for use with her family. I also bought one of the others from the magazine and do not like it as much. It will definitely stop the spread of germs as you do not have to touch it. You can adjust the amount of soap that is dispensed as we have soft water and do not need that much. We have bought more soap and it works well in the container. I would recommend it to others. Excellent product.

This is the best soap dispenser, I bought the stainless steel one for my kitchen. I cook a lot and this is great for cleaning hands between chopping and preparation. I got the larger size and it works perfectly. There are no drips or clogs. I also bought the soap sold for this dispenser from Simplehuman. The soap has a great scent. I feel I save money on the soap by controlling the amount of soap I feel I need.

We decided to try a liquid soap dispenser for Kitchen and bathroom when we moved to new residence. After researching, we decided to try the Simplehuman because of its adjustible dispense features and it appears to be of quality craftmanship. So, we have absolutely nothing but praise for the looks and reliabilty of this product! Because of the adjustable dispense quanity, we are stiil using the sample soap that came with the pump; we have yet to open the additonal soaps that were purchased; even though,we entertained the family during the holidays!!!

In the age of germs and transmission of nasties, having the Simplehuman sensor pump is ideal. It's quiet. It works. It's adjustable. It also looks good on the counter.

This is my first sensor pump and I love it! It is attractive and so much nicer to use than the regular pumps. Best of all, I appreciate the neatness, no mess around it; I use it in my kitchen but plan on purchasing one for every bathroom.

Great looking product,not oversize,seems to be a solidly built unit,pump motor is extremely quiet,much quieter than any other unit I have owned!!Love the lavender soap.

Although the dispenser works, normal hand soap is too thick to dispense. You have to use Simplehuman's proprietary soap, or mix your own. Also it's also a little tricky in that every time you get your hand near the machine, it dispenses (whether you actually want it or not). Not so simple.

love the hands free operation

This sensor pump is so easy to use and futuristic in its design. I use it all the time, much more than I used my last soap dispenser. It fits cleanly on one side of the sink. I like the sleek look and steel of it. It's exactly what I associate simple human with: products where people say - That's So Cool!

My next item i was wanting to get !! nice to put at the bathroon sink for the kids, real neat to ration out the amounts !!! makes washing hands more fun. just a little tricky , very sensitive, you can dispense when you don't want too. but a lovely, pretty item to have on my sinks !! one more of the many simple human items i have. i am a real fan !!

If you don't use it often, it will likely plug up due to the soap clogging in the unit. It then takes continuous operation for a few seconds to force the congealed soap through the system. May not be a good idea for a seldom used bathroom.

I work in the garden a lot and my hands are often covered in dirt. This dispenser is a great product. I don't have to hassle with messy bars of soap anymore. It's sleek design looks great on the counter next to th sink.

I absolutely love my sensor pump. It's easy to operate and I've had no issues at all. I love the hands free operation after handling food. I also feel like I waste less dish liquid with the automatic measurement. After my family used it at Thanksgiving, my father-in-law and sister-in-law each purchased one.

I bought two, one for bath room, and one for kitchen. Once I got the correct amount to diospense everytime it's great. And to adjust the amount coming out is really really easy, as is the loading of soap. Great simple product.

My husband and I read many reviews and search the web a long time before we bought this product. I am glad we did because we love this soap dispenser. Worth the money we spent on it. Use in all our bathrooms and kitchen.

I've had other pumps that don't last. This is going strong and works everytime without needing adjustments or attention. I particulalry like that it will dispenses a small amount, just right for the end of a dishwashing brush.

Since my friends have seen this product in our kitchen, they have all ordered one for their use. And my daughter had to have one right away!

I have always gotten irritated grabbing the dish soap bottle because it gets water everywhere. With this, I don't have to worry about that anymore. The sensor is great but if ur not careful passing your hand by it, it will get on the machine. Is there a reason why it is angled back when the soap comes out? It's not a bad thing, I was just curious. I am going to get more when I have a chance to do so (for other rooms in my house). Great size, look, design...very useful...well made!

I use it as needed. I like the fact that I don't have to touch anything.

Love the fact that all you need to do is put your hand under the sensor and the soap self dispenses! Great for kitchen or bathroom sinks!

We purchased the product for ease of use. Since getting the product it has been even better than we expected. We have grandchildren who have no trouble using it and don't make a MESS while using it. I'm glad I got it!!!!!
