I was intrigued by the email I received from Simple Human regarding the new sensor mirror. Although it was pricey, I had a 20% coupon so decided to order. I wanted a mirror that didn't require electrical cords. I love it. It has just the right magnification. I can apply makeup with more precision. Found a few areas I needed to pay a little closer attention to! :-)

I love this product--it's absolutely perfect! It's one of the best designed (and best functioning) products I have seen (or used) in quite awhile!

This is by far the BEST makeup mirror I have ever used. The magnification and lighting are wonderful; I can see everything in a true, natural lighting. The cordless feature is spectacular because it keeps the bathroom clutter free. This mirror is totally worth the money, and is a great purchase!!

Bought the mirror for my husband but he would prefer a mirror with a larger viewing area for shaving. Kept it for myself and love it.

I looked at mirrors extensively before purchasing Simple Human's. I am extremely near-sighted and wear bi-focal contact lenses. The Sensor Mirror allows me to put my contact lenses in and THEN put on my makeup. The 5X magnification is perfect for precise application. The light turning off is annoying, but it turns right back on and is a small price to pay for such a terrific item. I had wanted a wall mount, but bought this mirror because of the careful engineering that went into it. GREAT decision; now I love the mobility.

I don't know how this mirror does it but when I put my face up to it I can actually see just fine even though I wear reading glasses. The other mirror which I just gave to my daughter I could not get focused in it no matter which side I used. If I put my glasses on then I couldn't put my makeup on. This mirror is the answer for anyone who has this same problem I do or anyone who just wants to put their makeup on correctly. I cannot stress just how perfect this mirror is in every way possible.

Love the mirror. Wish it would stay on longer. It shuts off if you lean the slightest bit back. Other than that, it would definitely be a 5 star!

I love this mirror. This is the best mirror I have ever had. The image, lighting and magnification are perfect. I also love the fact that there isn't a cord to bother with.

I like it except for the light not staying on when I move . I thought the magnifying would be higher.

This mirror does have the right magnification, very high quality glass and stainless steel and excellent lighting, when the light stays on. I have had it 2 weeks and been working that long at getting the light to stay on. It has turned off when I am putting on eye makeup at least once each time. I contacted customer service and emailed with them, including sending them a picture of my mirror, but the result was unsatisfactory. The responses I got were just that the mirror works perfectly for them. When I asked for suggestions, they stopped emailng with me altogether. I have improved the performance of the light some by trial and error. The height and tilt are probably off somehow. I own other simplehuman products, and they are wonderful. I am just really disappointed in customer service, never having needed to contact them before.

This mirror is fantastic. My eyesight has been declining over the last 10 years, making putting on eye make-up very difficult and pretty much guesswork. I put this mirror on my tall dresser so I don't even have to bend down to use it. As soon as you get in front of the mirror the gentle light comes on so you can see perfectly yet I can walk past the mirror and the light never comes on, only when I need it. The mirror holds a charge for a very long time. It's perfect!

I am a makeup mirror junkie. I think I have had every one made so I know what is needed in a good mirror. The glass in this mirror is a very good quality so I definitely approve of that. However, I am 65 years old and a magnification of 5x is not enough for detail work such a plucking eyebrows. That is the one thing that could be changed for the better...higher maginification.

I wish you would find a way to attach this sensor mirror to the wall. It is perfect if like myself, I sit to put on my makeup but some of my clients stand. Do you have any suggestions?

I am SO HAPPY with my new mirror! It's at least 50% larger than my old makeup mirror so I can see my entire face. The light is also much, much better, more true to life, and not yellowish like the old one. I also love the fact that it's cordless. Yes, it's pricey, but it's worth every penny; you WON'T be sorry if you purchase this.

I am 64 and have been using a lighted make up mirror for what seems like forever. My major concern has always been distortion. This mirror is amazing, and definitely worth the investment. I'm so happy I made this purchase!

Mirror is well made, nice design wonderful that it does not have cords - only thing I would change is that the light does go off rather quickly - would be nice to have an override switch or a longer time before it auto shuts off

Love this mirror! I have one problem, that the sensor is not as strong as I would have hoped. The light constantly turns off when I am looking in the mirror. I put a hair clip in front of the sensor so that the light stops turning off when I am doing my make up. For the price though I don't think I should have to rig it up to work better. It does give off great light and I feel I have a better make up application.

This is the most wonderful mirror, it adjusts itself to the light in the room, it turns its self off and on and the quality of the mirror is top notch. I thought $200 was high but then again I have looked at corded awkward mirrors that aren't nearly as big and they are over $100. The convenience of not having a cord and the auto on and off feature were enough to sway me. Good job simple human!

Love the mirror. Sleek, simple, attractive design--so much better than all of the ugly or old fashioned mirrors out there--but also not too over the top modern. No annoying cord. Clean, clear light--no shadows, not yellow or blue--truly seems like perfect out door lighting. Great height and adjustable face. Does go on if I walk too close to it, and turns off if I pull my face away from the sensor for too long, but not a negative--just how it works. I've only had it for a couple of weeks, so I can't speak to durability, but so far, I love it and recommend it.

The lighting in my dressing area is terrible. I've been shopping for a lighted mirror forever, but have not found anything worth buying. When I read about the Sensor Mirror, it sounded too good to be true but I ordered it as I have been very happy with other simplehuman products. Although not inexpensive, this mirror is worth every penny and more! It is highly adjustable, and the light and magnification are ideal for applying make-up without guesswork. I love the fact the mirror senses when to turn on as you're using it, and goes off by itself. It has made my mornings SO much easier.

I truly think that this mirror borders upon being perfect. Yes, it is beautiful (as most Simple Human design is. It functions very well, therefore the mirror serves me well. In the future I would like to see Simple Human consider offering a second mirror with a higher magnification, say 7-10. Older persons often need this.

So long white, clunky, three-way mirror. This one is taking over on my vanity. It is simple and clutter less; the perfect finish for me (stainless steel); the perfect height (adjustable); the perfect magnification; and the perfect color-correct light. I love it! The only complaint I have is that the sensor light does not stay on long enough. As soon as I turn my head just slightly away from mirror, it turns off. But since I love this mirror so much, I just cover the sensor with the small cleaning cloth included in box, and voilà!, it stays on. No biggie. Thanks SimpleHuman.

greatest thing since slice bread. this is what my wife has been looking for. no wires, bright light, magnification and sleek appearance. Understandable why you can't keep it in stock! Everyone who sees her's wants one. Love how it reminds you to recharge it and when charging is done.

The pricing made me hesitate first, but once I received the product I realized it was totallyy worth it. There are other similarly priced mirrors out there, but they do not even come near the superiority of this mirror.

The mirror is beautiful and I love the fact that there are no cords. The color of the light gives a very natural look and it doesn't heat up as I thought it would. The magnification is perfect. My only complaint is that the light doesn't stay on long enough and you have to get pretty close for it to turn on. I turn my head to get makeup and it goes off pretty quickly. Then I have to immediately get close to turn it on again. It would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for this factor.

From the size of the mirror, to the automatic light and "no cord" feature there is so much to love about this mirror. This is the best makeup mirror I have ever used.

This is the one product that I believe is worth more than it is priced. I absolutely believe the technology associated with this sensor mirror is staggering. I have absolutely no idea how I was applying my makeup with the previous lighted magnifying vanity mirror I was using. First off, this sensor mirror is nice and substantial in size. Second, the magnification and size is so perfect, you can see your entire face; therefore there is no need for a backside that is not magnified. Third, the lighting is incredible. It literally mimics sunlight in a sense, even if you are applying makeup in pitch black darkness. The lighting does not burn your eyes, or cause extreme brightness to your eyes where you cannot see anything. Fourth, there are no wires; you only charge overnight and it lasts for quite some time. Fifth, it moves up and down, and the head also turns around so you can maneuver it in any which way you please. Last, I am more than satisfied with my purchase, and am quite shocked of the technology created for this mirror.

It's awesome except for where it's frustrating and useless. The light is bright enough that it hurts and there is no dimmer. It also won't shut off if it's too close to anything - the power button on base appears to do nothing. I'll try it out in the morning, but if it still hurts my eyes I'm sending it back. Disappointed.

Have been looking for a table top mirror for my wife for a few years. Everything I find that is lighted is cheap and ugly with cords and what not. This mirror is awesome. It charges with the same cable you use for charging most devices these days (except Apple products). It comes on as you appear, is bright, and solid....
