How much does shipping cost?
At simplehuman, our goal is to make your shopping experience as convenient and efficient as our products. That’s why we offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $49 in the 48 contiguous United States. For all orders under $49, there is a shipping fee of $4.99 regardless of size or weight.

What are your domestic shipping and delivery methods?
Most orders ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) with UPS Ground, so your item should arrive within 3-7 business days. If you would like to expedite your order at an additional cost, please choose that option during checkout.

Please note: At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. And a signature may be required by your carrier upon delivery.

How much is shipping if I live in Alaska, Hawaii or the U.S. Territories?
For orders under $39, shipping is $24.99. For orders over $39, shipping is $54.99. There is no shipping fee for warranty orders. You’ll still experience quick delivery in about 5-7 working days to Alaska and Hawaii. For U.S. Territories, it will take approximately 3-6 weeks. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS.

Do you ship to APO/FPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office) addresses?
Yes, we do. In fact, free shipping on orders over $49 is also available on APO/FPO orders, which ship via USPS, but you should allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Do you take international orders?
International orders outside the United States and United Kingdom are currently not possible at simplehuman.com, but products may be available for purchase at a local retail store. Use our retail locator here to find a store near you. If you are ordering within the United Kingdom, visit simplehuman.co.uk.

How do I check the status of my order?
When you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email that includes the tracking number and shipment method of your order. If you would like further assistance in tracking your order, email Customer Support at customer.support@simplehuman.com or call us at 1-888-988-8880, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once you place an order, our efficient team packs and ships your item(s) as quickly as possible. Because of this, orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified. However, if you do not love the product when it arrives at your door, just follow our return policy and send the product back to us free of charge.

In which states do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged in California.
