How does simplehuman's price match guarantee work?

We want to make sure you never pay more at simplehuman.com . If you find an identical simplehuman product at another retailer for a lower price, we will gladly match that price. In order to receive the product for the lower price, the item must be the same style, size, and color as the item on simplehuman.com. The item from the competing retailer must also currently be in stock, available, and ready to ship. We cannot honor price matching for auction sites, membership sites, or stores outside the United States. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be included when calculating a price difference.

What items qualify for simplehuman price matching?

simplehuman will match any simplehuman product as long as they are the exact same model, style, size and color. Retailer exclusives not available on simplehuman.com do not qualify for price matching.

If the retail store accepts coupons or has an instant rebate on a product, will you match the price with the coupon or instant rebate?

Unfortunately, the price we match is the list price, without the coupon or instant rebate. simplehuman does not honor or accept coupons from other retailers.

Are quantities limited on price matching products?

We may limit the quantities of price match items at our discretion. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.
