I was so excited to receive this product - as I was inspecting the handle that attaches to the shower head, it broke off in my hand. I could not believe that this expensive shower caddy was held together by a tiny plastic attachment. I think I would have liked it - but I broke it before I could tell.

Overall this is a great product which one cal tell went through many iterations and changes before going to market. It is adjustable, stainless, clean lines and best of all affordable. We bought 2 for our house. The one in the main bathroom worked wonders, whereas the 2nd bathroom has some adjustment issues. It is a tiled bathroom, 2" tile, and the only problem is that the suction cup on the bottom cannot swivel to make connection on the tile without hitting grout. If I do center it on a tile, it doesn't hang straight, it hangs off at an angle. It's a combination of tile layout, tile size, and the shower caddy's adjustments which happen to be the triumvirate threat. Other than that, it's great and I highly recommend it.

The suction cup does not hold the caddy in place when using large bottles this was designed to hold. As you take bottles off the center of gravity is thrown off and the whole thing swings left or right from the weight of the other bottles. I have a few other simple human products that I love - but this is not one of them.

Works great, I like the way you can adjust everything. However the suction cup doesn't work on the tile in my shower, "textured tile". Other than that I love it

the workmanship is excellent, I two of these, and the stantup one, which is great. The adjustable shower caddy could have been a little bigger, but it really works fine, the quality of the frame is excellent, the snaps are perfect, I would give this 5 stars.

So, let's say the shower neck this to be attached to is a shorter length (8 inches) with an average size showerhead. What you will find is that the body of the caddy is not long enough for the showerhead to clear the top shelf. And once you have adjusted the shelf down to clear, the lower shelves are then useless. What could be a really great shower caddy (if it were about 10 inches longer) almost was returned.

Works well in a tight space. It's the first thing I've found that will actually work in this shower. And - it doesn't fall off due to the adjustable rubber grip. I am a convert. I am now eyeing other SimpleHuman products for all the other annoying areas of my home. Thanks!

This product works really well and helps declutter ny shower

I was so hopeful that "adjustable" meant that it would fit over my shower head. No such luck as the plastic snapped while I was seeing how wide it would open. Not wide enough, I guess. $40 for absolutely nothing.

This is by far the best shower caddy I've had, but it isn't ideally suited for custom the length of custom shower heads and the hose. However, I did find a fix, albeit not ideal. I ran the down length of the hose through the openings the shampoo/soap bottles would use on one side. This does work, but I had to move the shelves so far down that the soap dish is now unusable. But it works.

The build on this is the usual high quality from simplehuman. This is not the flimsy cheap build you get on most bathroom add ons. My only complaint is the anchor suction cup does not work on our shower tile because our tile is textured, not smooth, flat. Would have been 5 star except for that. Not enough of a problem to send it back and because it is so well built I can consider giving it to our daughter when she gets her own place...a house warming upgrade option.

Works awesome, but can't accomodate the length of the custom showerhead with dangling hose.

It wasn't what I dreamed it would be, only bc of the distance between shower head, first and second shelves. Putting them both far enough to fit some of my shampoo bottles either eliminates the top shelf (too close to the shower head) or eliminates the soap holder. I like that its adjustable to the sides, but it is less sturdy that way... not what I was expecting from this since all my other simple human products ( i own many!) are 5++++ stars. I wish it was just sturdier, for example, when you put the first shelf all the way to the left and the second all the way to the right. It shouldn't be lop sided. Other than that, its great material. It is more effective than most. The only shower caddies I think would be better are the standing ones. But some people don't have the room for that

This fit the bill as far as a solution for my oddly shaped shower. Its works well and was well thought out. 2 complaints - the metal gets water spots in it pretty easily & the shelfs are a too close together for some larger shampoo bottles.

Yes, it costs about $40. But it is well worth the price. The quality is top notch. It holds many bottles, soap, etc. The suction cup holds without repeatedly being need to be re-applied. My one design advice I would give Simple Human is to add a half-circle indent on the top shelf so the shower head clears that railing (which is straight across). But this is minor, and I love the product.

I love the # of shelves and that they adjust vertically and horizontally. Very easy to install and it looks great.

This shower caddy is the best I've ever had. It is large enough to contain my many shower products, and the adjustable shelves and side hooks allow for a variety of item shapes and sizes.

This caddy so simple and useful. The size is perfect for my shower. The sliding shelves is my favorite feature. I would recommend this product to someone or buy as a gift to newly weds.

Ordered for master bath. Found it would not fit on the installed showerhead. Apparently the showerhead pipe must of a particular size and angle. Would have returned it if not for the return shipping fees. Now have it installed in guest bath. However, not convenient for our younger guests as the caddy shelves can only be positioned relatively high. Hoefully it is as rust-free as advertised as that will be its only redeeming grace. Although much more expensive, would recommend the tension pole caddy instead of this one.

SimpleHuman offers several sizes and types of shower caddys. That made it easy to pick the right size for me. Excellent construction and easy to install. I'm looking forward to using it for years.

This design could be better. I don't know why you don't make the hanging loop longer so that a hand-held shower works with it without having to purchase a longer arm and change plumbing to make it all work out. If the loop and top part were longer, it would be so much nicer. Also, the shelves are a little too wide. Make them longer and not quite as wide and bottles would fit better.

Well built and exactly what we anticipated. Unfortunately, it could no be installed in either shower because of the shower plumbing design. It would take expensive plumber costs to change out the equipment so we will purchase your tension shower caddy to use in the showers.

The one thing I can't stand is a crusty shower stall; crusty from soap and shampoo bottles perched on the ledges. Our 20 year old shower caddy had finally corroded and I had almost lost hope of finding a suitable replacement until I ran across Simple Human. I liked the description and ordered it. The device is better than the description! It fits any shower faucet neck, it is really easy to install, the shelves are adjustable and it is obviously well constructed and heavy for its size. It holds many bottles of stuff, the wife's razor and two bars of soap and even a place to hang a sponge or whatever. Simply put I like Simple Human for what is the best shower caddy I've ever seen or owned. I wish my trash canister would wear out so I could get the ones they've brialliantly designed. My daughter has one and loves it.

nicely made and fits good. wish it was a little longer, using tall shampoo bottles makes a small opening to get at soap rack. with that aside, we like it.

Adjustability is a great plus, the appereance is excellent, what may be unclear to many of us customers is that we don't know what the wire baskets are made of. Your specs say stainless steel and if they are indeed I would reiterate that the wire baskets are chrome electroplated stainless steel in your specs. If they are not stainless steel that would not the best rust proof protection available. If they are stainless steel one wonders why the chrome electroplating. It is unclear and would appear the product is ordinary steel and not stainless steel is under the chrome electroplating. Please clarify the above for me, if there is stainless steel under the chrome in my opinion you have a hard product to beat and certainly deserve a 5 star rating. As is still a great product could it be improved? Your answer will determine that. Thanks

This shower caddy is fairly pricey and for the price, there are some things that don't work all that well - it doesn't hang perfectly straight, despite the screw-in top hook and suction cup at the bottom, and heavy bottles on one side or other other will unbalance it. It's very large - if you have a tiny shower, it will look enormous - but the available space between the various trays isn't as much as you'd think. Also, would have liked it if the side hooks for hanging a loofah or razor could be repositioned to the other tray or other side.

Love, love, love this product! It is very well made. We had no trouble hanging it up and unlike some other reviews for this, we never had a problem with the suction cup adhering and staying put. Our shower is fiberglass. It hangs evenly and I love that you can adjust the shelves up and down and from left to right. we have gone through 2 other shower caddies and they all rust horribly after a while. I don't think this one will do that since its stainless. It is really beautiful and sleek to look at also. It looks like a really quality product and I would highly recommend it.

I had tried all kinds of organizers for the shower/tub, and discarded all of them. The suction cup actually holds to our fiberglass shower wall! The caddy was very easy to install, and easy to adjust to accommodate our large bottles of shampoo and conditioner. It is attractive, yet made to hold up under the use of our family of four plus frequent guests. I like the way it turns our bottles into a dispenser -- no more waiting for partly empty product to flow to the lid. It's very efficiently designed, holding lots of supplies in a small space.

I have a beautiful shower and had mo place to put anything except on the floor. This product is the actually working, functioning version of the several badly designed shower caddy options. They absolutely thought of everything!

I love the adjustable shelves - also love the suction cup so you can secure it to the tile. I do NOT like the openings on each shelf (in case you want to store bottles upside down). They're a good idea, but they make for awkward storage when you place things right side up. The bottom of the bottles get caught in the holes, awkwardly tilt and fall over, etc.

suction cup does not work, have to put shampoo's evenly on each side or it tilts and dump everything out. found it @ B.B.and Beyond for $25.00 less.

I love this! It adjusts to fit the size of the shower arm as well as the shelves adjusting to the height and width of the items you need to store on it. The stainless steel is much easier to care for than plastic or other materials and it looks like it will last a lifetime. Extremely good quality.

It looks beautiful, and unlike the awful thing we had before, will neither peel nor rust. It seems very durable. I do wish that the suction cup actually stuck to the shower wall, that the clamp remained in the tightened position and didn't slide (just a little) down the neck of the shower-head, and that there were TWO hooks for washcloths on it, rather than just one.

It is highly adaptable, good looking and well made

The neck is too short so the top basket cannot be used with out causing items to block the shower spray. The neck needs to be adjustable. What this means is that the top basket must be moved down to sit right on top of the bottom basket, taking away half the space.

Pros: The shower caddy is well constructed and looks nice. Cons: The shower caddy is too small and despite adjustment, some products are too large for the caddy. The shelves need to be wider and slightly deeper.

We bought this shower caddy to stop our cycle of having to buy a new shower caddy at least twice a year because of so much rusting. Also, we are limited on types of caddy we can buy because it has to have full baskets for our clawfooted tub shower. Love the full baskets, the side hooks, the ability to move baskets, and most importantly - it's still rust free! Have had it 2 months - most have started to rust by now.

Shower caddy more handy than the soap dish. It's well made and adjustable to any items you need for your shower. I use it at least three times a week. It is attractive and sturdy. The bottom soap dish lets well-used soap slip through, a minor problem.

This is only 1 of the items I own from simplehuman. I love each item. They are modern looking and of good quality. I would recommend to others and purchase again.
