Customer Service Associate
The simplehuman Customer Service Associate goes above and beyond to provide the highest quality customer service in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction. The Associate answers customer inquiries via phone and e-mail and assists customers with product information, order submission, returns, technical questions, site navigation, and issue resolution. The Customer Service Associate will document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls and recommend necessary process improvements. The Associate will also place web orders in the computer system and run integration programs daily. The Associate is expected to maintain a positive, professional attitude and maintain a courteous manner in stressful situations.
Qualifications
BA/BS preferred. Organized and reliable self-starter. Ability to multi-task. Fast learner with excellent problem-solving and time management skills. Strong written and oral communication skills to communicate clearly to customers. Basic computer skils required, including MS Outlook and Word. Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.

Our company is searching for a freelance front-end programmer, with some back-end experience. The developer must be experienced with Yahoo Store platform (Required experience of at least 2 years). Additionally, he/she must be experienced in HTML, Javascript, CSS, and Web 2.0 technologies. Prefer programmer with some design experience. Minimum experience of 3 years.
The programmer will be responsible for maintaining the Yahoo store, including product updates and enhancements to the Yahoo store; email campaigns, and new e-commerce projects.
